Me drinking a beer at the Englischer Gartern (English Garden) Biergarten - this is Munich's "Central Park" and it is the largest park in Europe! More than 100,000 people visit the park on summer days...no doubt drinking some beer!

Panorama of the Biergarten with a Chinese Tower in the middle - we rented bikes for the afternoon and cruised around this awesome park...

Did I mention that we are staying in East Berlin?  Our Hostel is within the boundary of the Berlin Wall - pretty cool...

 

After walking around Berlin all day we took the subway back to our district and found a local Biergarten.  We watched a few Euro Cup games, drank plenty of Bier and ate several different types of snacks...

The Biergaarten was pretty damn cool.  There was easily over a 1000 people there - mostly locals and families.  It was called Pratergarten - once owned by the Prater's of Tennessee...joking.  Anyway, great bier, good food and just an awesome vibe overall...
